Our ‘Wedding Package’ includes exclusive use of the Assegaai Centre hall and Chapel/Gazebo for day/night of wedding/function.
Tables set for up to 100 guests – 10 seater round tables, white floor-length cloths, chairs with white chair covers, white cloth serviettes, white crockery, cutlery, champagne flutes and/or wine glasses. (Additional settings @ an additional cost up to a maximum of 120 guests)
Draped sections of hall (limited) – including fairy lights (Ceiling or veranda can also be draped at an additional cost)
All necessary waitrons, staff, etc.
All ‘setting up’ before and ‘cleaning up’ after the wedding
All wedding planning to ensure a perfect day.
ALL ACCOMMODATION at Assegaai Centre for the night of the wedding/function: 55 beds in 15 rooms, with shared ablutions, equipped with mattresses and pillows only – guests are required to bring their bedding & towels – (limited linen can be organized at an additional cost)
NOTE: The above is offered as a ‘package deal’ and cannot be separated
ADDITIONAL:
- CATERING – Pricing in accordance with menu choices.
- BAR – We will run the bar according to your specific requirements, provide all glasses, ice, etc. Barmen will be on duty throughout to run either a cash, complimentary or ‘tab’ bar. A corkage fee will be charged on any wines you wish to supply yourself.
- DECORATIONS & FLOWERS – Additional decorating (overlays/candles/stands, etc), flowers, wedding cake, etc. can be arranged according to your own specific requirements, OR you are welcome to do your own decorating and flowers (conditions apply)
- MUSIC and OFFICIANT – Can be arranged, OR may be organized by yourselves.
ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION (not included in the wedding package):
- Additional nights at the Assegaai Centre will be charged on a ‘per person per night’ basis
- We have seven comfortable, fully self-contained, én-suite cottages
