Rates

*Assegaai Centre (group accommodation)

R400 per person per night (self-catering)

Hall only, for day functions:  subject strictly to availability – no accommodation R 8 000,00 (including use of regular wooden tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, kitchen, bathrooms and braai areas, pool and outdoor activities)   

Children 5 years and under – no charge if sharing with parents

(minimum of R5 000 per night for a very small group)

Optional: A limited amount of bedding and towels is available @ an additional R180 per person

A deposit payment of R2 500 confirms your booking – this amount is deducted from your final payment

*Self-catering Cottages

R800 per person per night – sharing, (R950 single)

*Hiking

Day visits: R100 per person

Hiking camp accommodation – ‘Bottom’s up’/’Rock Bottom’ (incl. hike): R290 per person per night

Children 5 years and under – no charge if sharing with parents.

(minimum of R800 per night per camp for small groups)

* A deposit payment of R500 confirms your booking – this amount is deducted from your final payment

Portage to Rock Bottom camp and back: R600 for the group

Braai wood is available @ R25 per bag

  • All prices quoted above are for self-catering.
  • There is no charge for pre-school children (5 years and under) if parents are visiting Assegaai Trails.
  • ‘Package’ prices for weddings and functions are available on request.
  • Catering prices are available on request from our caterer.
  • Check in time is from 2pm, and check out time is 11am. Depending on our bookings, we are prepared to be flexible on these times if prior arrangements have been made.
  • All prices include access to the hiking trails & self-game drives

CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                     

ASSEGAAI CENTRE, SELF-CATERING COTTAGES, HIKING CAMPS

  • Deposit payments are non-refundable.
  • Only one change of date will be considered if made more than two months before. Any further changes will require a new deposit payment
  • A cancellation made less than two weeks before the desired date will be liable for the full venue fee calculated at:
